They were stupid. They sent it to DOJ and said hurry with your redactions and release it? They had the documents in their possession… they should have simply released them to the public as is. Let the chips fall where they may.
When I read these pieces and the lengths they went to, I can’t but wonder what will happen when he returns.
In other words, the Democrats were colluding with the Russians. Biden immediately restarted Nordstream 2. He immediately signed up the US for the arms treaties Trump exited, where the Russians were cheating. Signing the US up again for these treaties simply means we restrain our production, while the Russians continue producing whatever their budget can stand.
There needs to be a commitment from the Republican candidate for President in 2024 that criminal charges, up to and including giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States, will be filed against ChiComjoe and his DOJ and other Executive Branch officials.
Yes, direct action in this situation was called for. But, DJTrump was being told by (crooked) advisers to try and work with the system. Another version of “go along to get along”. “You are fired” ought to have been used more often.
Do keep in mind, tho, unless you are willing to break the law like BeijingBiden (and brag about it) the Exec is constrained — to keep him from becoming a tyrant — again, like BBiden.
The only solution to this problem is to defund both the DOJ and the FBI and transfer their duties and funds to agencies that are responsible to the voters.
The chances that will happen are slim, but it must be or we are done.
We can not and will not ever have a clean government so long as agencies cn operate immune to the wishes and morality of the citizens.
Seriously. Playing patty cakes to the very end with people whom you knew for a fact has tried to overthrow your government. If there’d been a couple weeks left in the administration…maybe… but with hours to go what DOJ would do was as obvious as the dawn

It’s a shame there are no patriots left in government. If there is no legal recourse (corrupt DOJ), there is only one means remaining. Honestly, I had higher hopes for the China flu...but the absence of death of leadership is rather telling, ya know?
We are a failed state in a race to the bottom, very soon highly vulnerable to our enemies (if not already).
Should have been declassified long before then—and had Trump loyalists in the DoJ/FBI of course as well.
The reason the Deep State is going to extraordinary lengths to keep Trump from running, and winning. Is because they know Trump just might go scorched earth on their asses.
We have ample evidence of how ruthless the swamp creatures are.
With trillions of dollars at stake and the reputations and powers of so many at risk, I think president Trump is in great danger. There are people in behind the curtain in government that can overcome any form of personal security.
It is to his credit that he continues in spite of the personal dangers.
Wray was by far the biggest mistake Trump made. It is hard to overstate the damage that terrible choice caused.
Trump was NOT defeated in the election. And our so called justice(sic) System is corrupt to the core!!
