The only solution to this problem is to defund both the DOJ and the FBI and transfer their duties and funds to agencies that are responsible to the voters.

The chances that will happen are slim, but it must be or we are done.

We can not and will not ever have a clean government so long as agencies cn operate immune to the wishes and morality of the citizens.

Only the House of Representatives can defund Government. We would need them to step up!

This will probably never happen but what needs to be done is a “Republican” congress, under newly elected PDJT, need to pass a law placing all government employees under a “civilian” equivalent of the UCMJ’s failure to obey a lawful order. The law would need to set up an Administrative Law Judge system to hold employees accused of failure to obey a lawful order accountable. If found guilty they would be immediately terminated. Any appeals would be as a “former” employee with the possibility of having the guilty finding overturned and lost wages awarded and the position reinstated.

This would stop 75-80% of the failure to obey cases that are so rampant in government. Most employees will not risk their livelihood for the cause. Currently there are no consequences for not following orders.
