If she broke the law then why isn’t Rokita filing criminal charges against her?

I think the DA has to go before a grand jury, present his evidence, and it’s up to the grand jury to ok his request for a particular criminal charge thru an indictment.

Unless she actually files suit.

Nope. Filing alone means nothing. I have been on the receiving end of such things. They go through the motions UNTIL discovery, then drop everything.

What are they waiting for? The AG has claimed she broke the law so why isn't he driving the effort to bring her to justice?

The rape charge would have to be filed in Ohio, not Indiana.

Why did she report that the rapist was 17 or a minor? Seems like she’s obfuscating a crime.

Rokita told Fox he would investigate whether Bernard violated child abuse notification or abortion reporting laws. He also said his office would look into whether anything Bernard said to the Indianapolis Star about the girl’s case violated federal medical privacy laws.

If she broke the law then why isn't Rokita filing criminal charges against her?

The baby-snuffing fans at the AP are outraged that the DA said he would investigate, as if that were some partisan act. Given the facts, and that a minor was involved, isn't it his job to investigate those very points?

I mean, I get that the AP might be outraged that all this isn't proceeding as it would back East in New York City. There, prosecutors look the other way for the international child-sex slavers, since New York abortionists welcome the business of such operators. That's what some of those undercover tapes showed.

You do understand the Grand Jury process isn’t as simple as signing out an arrest warrant, right?

Try reading the excerpt. He isn't going off half cocked, he's investigating if there was a crime committed.

It has to start somewhere. I suspect the clinic needs to report it to the local cops, who report it to the department in Ohio.
