By declaring a “no gun” policy, it encouraged the shooter to bring his weapon to the Food Court and start shooting. Their negligence led to the death of 3, and the injuries of many. Let us start suing for negligence against the stupid signs. Obviously, the shooter failed to heed it, and thank God that the hero disregarded their stupid sign.
