Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has issued executive orders dismissing the State Security Service head and the Prosecutor General.
The orders dismissing domestic security chief Ivan Bakanov, a childhood friend of Zelenskyy, and Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova, who leads the effort to prosecute Russian war crimes in Ukraine, were published on the president’s official website.

Zelenskyy has followed up on decrees in which he removed the State Security Service head and his Prosecutor General by saying more than 60 of their employees were working against Ukraine in Russian-occupied territory.
He said 651 criminal proceedings had been registered relating to high treason and collaboration by employees of prosecutor’s offices, pretrial investigation bodies and other law enforcement agencies.
“In particular, more than 60 employees of the prosecutor’s office and the Security Service of Ukraine remained in the occupied territory and are working against our state,” he said.
He said that such crimes raised “very serious questions” for the relevant leaders, and added, “Each of these questions will receive a proper answer.”

There seems to be a general hardening of positions going on inside the Ukrainian government. Many officials (including Poroshenko) would have had business or family ties with Russia or the now Russian occupied areas that might have softened their positions or made them subject to Russian blackmail are being systematically squeezed out regardless of their ties to Zelensky.
High Heels had better watch his six, with these paranoid moves.

Zelensky is Russian by birth and spoke/wrote ONLY Russian until he was in his late teens.
Looks like Biden missed a few with his first hits. Gave Zelensky new directives.
“By birth” is ambiguous. He was born inside the Soviet Union in 1978. He is a native Russian speaker, but not all native Russian speakers identify as Russians any longer, especially in Ukraine. Plus as an ethnic Jew, I’m not sure how close he would have felt to being “Russian.”
Zelenskyyy getting more and more paranoid. Coke will do that. Like a mini-Hitler in his bunker.
No surprise here. Zelensky’s Praetorian Guard had become more of a threat than a protector. Somebody needs to watch the watchmen.

He’s probably correct many in th Ukraine government are Russians from Russia and many of those have extensive FSB/KGB ties, including the heavily pro-Russian Presidential Administration which runs the country (not Zel) and the Economic Minister who is also a Russian.
Everything that Putin and Russia are accused of is actually true of Zelensky and Ukraine.

Why is it the Pooty Pals think it is so great to make homo allusions about Zelenko. Is it to distract from the bare belly child kissing behavior of their hero Putin? It is not surprising that there would be a number of Russian friendly bureaucrats left over from the previous Ukraine regime, so his moves are hardly paranoid.
