It is selectively enforced by Democrats against their political enemies.

They enforced it against the Center for Medical Progress when they recorded Planned Parenthood selling aborted baby body parts.

Straight out of the Marxist Rulebook: Make just about everything illegal and then selectively enforce the law.

Also, if everything is political, then don’t expect professionalism.

It will be enforced against anyone who (1) violates it and (2) Challenges the Ruling Class narrative or damages a Democrat.
