At my home in SoCal, the customer would be Arrested and Prosecuted, at my home in AZ the Sheriff would buy him lunch and maybe give him a Medal and Good Citizen Award, at my home in Henderson(Vegas) the Police would publicly thank him and clamor to have their picture taken with him.
