Hello,

One of two men acquitted in the 1985 Air India terrorist bombing was shot and killed in British Columbia on Thursday morning, according to media reports.

RCMP say they responded to reports of gunfire in an area of the city of Surrey, southeast of Vancouver, and located a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

“The man was provided first aid by attending officers until Emergency Health Services took over his care. The injured man succumbed to his injuries on scene, “ according to a statement from RCMP Constable Sarbjit Sangha.

The constable said the shooting was targeted, and a suspect vehicle fully engulfed in fire was found nearby.

Reports say the deceased man is Ripudaman Singh Malik, who owned a business in the area.

Malik and Ajaib Singh Bagri were arrested in 2000 and acquitted in 2005 on charges of murder in the deaths of 329 people – most of them Canadians – killed on June 23, 1985, when Flight 182 en route from Canada to India via England crashed into the Atlantic Ocean.

The plane was brought down by a bomb.

The pair were also charged with the murder of two men killed at Tokyo’s Narita airport 54 minutes before the attack on Flight 182. The prosecution alleged the men were part of a conspiracy to plant bombs on Air India flights.

In handing down the acquittal, a B.C. Supreme Court justice ruled that witnesses testifying against the pair were not credible and testimony from several RCMP officers did not meet the standard required by the court.

Inderjit Singh Reyat was the only person ever convicted in the Air India bombing, in 1991, of manslaughter in the deaths of two baggage handlers who were killed at Tokyo’s Narita Airport when a suitcase bomb destined for the Air India flight

Not at all. The Indian regime has been brutally oppressing Sikhs (and Christians and other religious and ethnic minorities) for decades.

He was acquitted because he was not guilty, but the incident was used against the Sikhs as a whole, to portray them as terrorists.

There is a good book on that subject: Soft Target: India's Intelligence Service and Its Role in the Air India Disaster, written by Zuhair Kashmeri, a reporter for the Toronto Globe and Mail, and Brian Mc Andrew, a reporter for the Toronto Star. They had both covered the case for their respective papers.

They wrote:

"CSIS had no evidence to link Malik with the Air-India bombings, but Pat Olsen and Fred Gibson [pseudonyms for anonymous CSIS sources] confirmed that his dual allegiances helped the agency develop the theory that the Indian government had a hand in carrying out the double sabotage," Kashmeri and McAndrew wrote. "In the fall of 1985, CSIS had viewed the Babbar Khalsa as the biggest security threat among Sikhs in Canada. Now it suddenly discovered that the Babbar Khalsa had links with the government of India. As a result, Olsen said, CSIS agents were not surprised that [Babbar Khalsa head Talwinder Singh] Parmar's associates could visit India with ease despite his fiery views about Khalistan."

They make a pretty coherent and conclusive case that the Indian regime itself had blown up Air India Flight 182.

Now that India seems to be partnering up with Russia against the West... wouldn’t be surprised about any dirty politics going on in the background.

Before you get carried away with your Sikh propaganda, note that the RCMP watched Malik and his buddy Inderjit Singh Reyat test a bomb on Vancouver Island just before the planes were blown up

Reyat was ultimately convicted in connection with the plane bombings, and Malik was closely tied with Reyat

btw, Malik is the guy who claimed zero income for years, but lived in a million-dollar home

yes we are talking about lying terrorists here

good riddance to this evil snake Malik

It is not propaganda. Malik's statement is almost word for word what Kashmeri and McAndrew reported in Soft Target that the Indian government told him to say. This bombing was an Indian government operation from beginning to end.

For one thing, Parmar is a well known Indian operative, and Babbar Khalsa is essentially an Indian government organization.

Ripudaman Malik’s nephew is my good friend, and he has exposed this jerk many times.

This guy (RIPUDAMAN MALIK) was Indian Intelligence mole, used to defame SIKHS in the Air India plane bombing.

...maybe, the intelligence agencies wanted to eliminate the witness after using him.
