I’ve seen the numbers, and look at the deaths associated with alcohol which is a legal substance. The effects you are talking about are linked more towards opioid abuse and the lack of enforcement of laws around loitering, etc.

Recreational marijuana will be legalized via ballot in Florida, just as it was here in NJ.
