I believe it’s a mixture. BTW, I see Seversk is now essentially in the hands of the RF. Bakhmut is next. The Biden Neocons claim that they are “weakening” Russia by drawing this awful war out. What they are actually doing is prolonging the slaughter of the UFA and destroying the EU’s economies and the social bonds of the countries in Europe. The Biden administration is pure evil, at home and abroad.
