Okay, I’ve been told before, but what is a Twitter ratio?

A twitter ratio is where replies outnumber likes and is generally regarded as a bad tweet.

As I understand it, its a tweet that has far more comments (replies) on it than it has "likes". Which means the original tweet is hilariously awful.
