Equity is the Commie term for having government pick winners and losers and a political and crony class not follow those exact same rules (see Kennedy, Biden, Obama, Clinton, etc.) Transgenderism, freakish gay open sexual practices and all the ensuing sexually transmitted disease and mental illness is just another part of weakening society. They want this place, well, gone, as we know it.
Why do we even have a department of education at the federal level? And if you insist we have on, shouldn’t it be mandatory for All public employee’s nationwide to utilize the Public School system for the education of their children?

Bingo. My brother is enmeshed in this situation (he teaches computer courses at LSU). His "crime"? Giving a female student a low grade on an exam. She proceeded to collude with a female "bestie" to trump up a sexual harassment charge. With Title IX, "innocent until proven guilty", "right to confront your accuser", and all the rest go out the window.
