This has got to be in reference to a small device terror attack.
Either Russia or China would plop a bomb on New York so big that the damage would reach from Atlantic City to the Connecticut state line.

The most likely scenario of all would be the crash of a B-52 armed with a nuclear device … piloted by a “diversity/equity” crew of disabled trannies of color.
