Former President Trump during an event in Alaska late Saturday called Tesla CEO Elon Musk a “bullsh*t artist” for supporting the former president’s opponents in 2016 and 2020.
“He said the other day, ‘Oh, I’ve never voted for a Republican,’” Trump said at a rally.
“I said, ‘I didn’t know that,’” Trump continued. “He told me he voted for me, so he’s another bullsh*t artist.”
Last month, Musk tweeted that he voted for a Republican for the first time in Mayra Flores, who flipped a traditionally Democratic House seat in a Texas special election.
The Tesla CEO donated to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, according to Federal Elections Commission data. Musk has since confirmed the donation.
Musk said at the Qatar Economic Forum last month that he was “undecided” about a potential reelection bid by Trump after saying days earlier he was leaning toward supporting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) in 2024.
Sources have told The Hill that Trump is becoming more serious about launching a run in 2024, even as other high-profile Republicans, including DeSantis, stoke speculation over their own White House ambitions.

There he goes again.
Rogan is another one.
Donnie, cool your jets. Musk could be a staunch ally if you don’t piss him off.
He needs to exercise some restraint on using that F bomb too.
Let Trump be Trump.
What’s bs about him? Trump donated to both Hillary as senator and Bill. He donated to the Clinton Foundation. Is he the only one allowed to switch sides?
I know he just did it once, but he needs all the votes he can get. I use it once in awhile myself, but I am not running for office either.
He speaks the truth on Musk. Pay attention. I sure have been.
It was RINO-controlled state legislatures of MI, WI, AZ, GA, and PA who knowingly turned a blind eye to Democrat cheating because of their hatred of MAGA.
If those same RINO traitors are still in control of the state legislatures in 2024, they will just let the Dems steal it again. They would rather a Dem win than MAGA.
I’ll have to agree with the President on this one.
Amazing how many think Musk is some Lord and Savior.
Go anyone on here thinks that China is our biggest threat but think Musk is a hero, think about the fact the musk is in bed with the CCP.
At the end of the day he’s, at best, a libertarian, venture capitalist that goes where the wind takes him so he can make a buck.
A quick look at his plans for Twitter was that he was going to make it subscription based, didn’t he? It’s a free and established entity that he was going to make folks pay for. CHA-CHING!!! He could care less what anyone said on it as long as their recurring payments went through
The "100% Me All the Time" show is not going to win him many allies.
> “Donnie, cool your jets. Musk could be a staunch ally if you don’t piss him off.”
Let’s fix that:
“ELonkee, hold onto your nads. the Donald and his 80+ million strong supporters could be a protective cup if you don’t piss them off.”
> Donnie, cool your jets. Musk could be a staunch ally if you don’t piss him off. <
Yep. There is very little upside to Trump’s latest comments. Perhaps Trump should spend a bit of time contemplating one of the Reagan’s most famous sayings:
“”The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally - not a 20 percent traitor.”
Probably more so than Musk.
Plays the “cool Libertarian”, millions of out of touch followers that think he’s some sort of icon.
I hear it…..did you listen to Rogan’s podcast yesterday? It was awesome.’
NO. I worship no one other than God and my mother. If my dad were alive he’s be on that list. After that you’re just a man or woman, whose opinion I take with a grain of salt.
There is some truth to that. Weak minded people need someone to tell them who to vote for.
Bingo
Elon Musk is a very good engineer and a great allocator of capital. He has created the only new automotive manufacturer in who knows how many decades. He has created the worlds leading space launch company. He has a good chance of leading the development of an autonomous driving system perhaps a decade ahead of any competitor.
He has some screwy ideas, but we know about them because he tends to say what he thinks.
