There were myriad reasons, but it was obvious that Ukraine became ant-Russian right after the 2014 coup. Who is to say they wouldn’t have made an exception of early admission for Ukraine, look how fast they took the Baltic countries in, not to mention Sweden and Finland. As for what I do on “every thread”, I react to people who are an embarrassment, like the person who said today that Russia is justified to threaten Alaska.
I also happen to understand the strategic importance of Ukraine, and of stopping Russian aggression in Europe.
I also realize Biden did NOT want to fight Russia in Ukraine, and that his weakness led to this war. Which Trump also has been clear about - the war wouldn’t have happened if he were president.
