73 year old man killed for their entertainment.... hard to put into words how sick this is. That neighborhood, the culture and lack of any sense of decency is some strange alternate universe from where I live.
Counter to what was said in the accompanying TV news story, a curfew is not a solution or a viable tactic. There needs to be punishment for crime, a no bullshit sentence handed down for those found guilty. Fill the jails and build more if needed, eventually this screwed up culture would get the message. In parallel, help those who want to contribute to the civil society (schools, trades, jobs, etc.). But immediately, there needs to be a price for crime.
What's wrong with firing squads and hangings> If the "teens" knew likely execution was just a month or two away, many of these psychos would go get a job and would hide very, very low.
In the early 1970’s I saw the movie A Clockwork Orange. It was violent and vicious but at the end of the day it was just make-believe. Seeing that video makes me think it was a movie ahead of its time.

I don’t think anyone could do a better job laying out the solution to problem than you have here. Thanks for posting it!
There’s no hope for some cultures. Too far gone. Steeped in toxicity for too long. Too many people making excuses and not wanting to face reality. The Dems, if they do anything, will do bandaid stuff. I feel sorry for any decent person having to live in such an extreme situation.
