If Russia wins in Ukraine, it will add many millions of additional combat age males to the ranks of individuals available to be shanghaied for additional Russian imperial ventures to the West and beyond. Note that they don’t necessarily have be supplied with weapons and made to fight, given the risk of mutiny and outright revolt. They can be made to transport supplies to the front, on pain of death, starvation or harm to their loved ones.
Ukrainians will counterattack. The Russian combat units are becoming depleted.

While unconditional surrender is unlikely, IF Vlad takes Odessa back, Ukraine ceases to exist as a viable nation.
