How do oil fields produce ozone?
Is the EPA saying that eventually the refined oil will be burned in engines or power plants, so it can be regulated?
That would be the same argument that gun manufacturers are liable for crimes committed using a gun.
I don’t really know, but are the pumps that pull the oil out of the ground run by electric motors? Electric motors create ozone....................
