Former President Donald Trump took the opportunity Wednesday to remind Arizona Republican primary voters that he is endorsing Kari Lake in the race for governor as early mail in voting begins.
"Early voting starts today in the great State of Arizona," Trump said in a statement Wednesday. "The people of Arizona have a chance to get a truly great governor, unlike the one you have right now. Make sure you return your early ballot for Kari Lake or vote in person on Aug. 2. With Kari, you'll have election Integrity, strong borders, safe streets, and all of the other things you've wanted for so long. Vote for Kari Lake. She has my complete and total endorsement!"
Lake, a former television news anchor for Phoenix station FOX 10, said she is running for governor to restore "common sense conservatism" to the state and to address the ongoing crisis at the southern border, according to her biography on Ballotpedia.
"The ongoing border crisis is nothing less than a national security and humanitarian disaster," she is quoted as saying. "I will not wait for Washington's approval or rely on the empty promises of far-away politicians to do what's best for Arizonans. After I take my hand off the Bible, we are going to issue a declaration of invasion. We are going to finish President Trump's wall, and we are going to send our armed National Guard to the border and stop people from coming across."
Trump initially endorsed Lake in September 2021.
"She is strong on Crime, will protect our Border, Second Amendment, Military and Vets, and will fight to restore Election Integrity (both past and future!). She is against Covid lockdowns, Cancel Culture, and will end 'woke' curriculum in our schools," the Arizona Mirror reported

Not to worry, Mr Trump. I have a Kari Lake sign on my front fence to remind me every day.
In my opinion, Kari Lake is the only candidate not tainted by either party. Like Donald Trump, I refer to her as a real RINO. In a two party system, you have to identify with one or the other, but you sure don’t have to follow them off the cliff.
I think vote fraud in Arizona has been going on for years , if not decades. I suspect this is why Arizona could not rid itself of McCain. The machine must be very worried Lake will finally expose them and toss them all in Jail.
Early voting is such a scam. It increases the opportunity for cheating exponentially.
Mail it in for Kari Lake!
This may be a superficial impression, since I am not an Arizonan. In the few messages and interviews that I have seen, Kari Lake comes on stronger than any female politician I have ever heard. Naturally, with a background in television she knows how to address a camera, but she also seems to understand how to lead with her strongest arguments. I have been impressed. I would also think that, once the nominee, her position on illegal immigration should be a winner and Kelly will have an impossible time defending the status quo.
Lake is running against Duecy for Governor Kelly is running against Blake Master hopefully!!

When she was on War Room yesterday or Tuesday, Bannon told her she’s the female version of Donald Trump.
Mail in votes for her can be intercepted and tossed. Or otherwise tampered with.
Arizona Governor and McCain clone Doug Worthless Ducey has just endorsed the Rich RINO running against Lake.
The rich RINO is a very rich women, actually married into money. Never made any for herself. And she spends money very prolifically, mostly on trashing Lake.
That itself got me sick. You do not treat fellow Republican that way!

She is courageous, a Patriot and very savvy. Listening to her rip into the slimy Brett Baier last week was a pleasure. The man wears more make up than any trans I’ve ever seen.

Deucy is a Republican who is termed out and ineligible to run. In all likelihood, in November Kari will be running against that villainess Katie Hobbs, the corrupt SOS who oversaw the 2020 elections in Arizona.
I think it’s more than that. I think it’s because up until this last election, Arizona Republican voters have been naive and complacent. They (and I include myself to some extent) were comfortable in the fact that Arizona has historically been a red state and that McCain and the rest of the establishment Party, while not perfect, had the state’s best interest in mind. The years leading to 2020 and the election itself blew that illusion to bits. If the voters have not wised up after all that happened then and since, we are a most pathetic bunch.
