PHOENIX -- The Biden administration is planning to sue Arizona over a new state law that requires proof of citizenship to vote for president.
(Excerpt) Read more at kawc.org ...
Bush League Republicans have been knowingly importing a permanent Democrat majority for 30 years.
Didn’t work in 2020.
And there are a number of them who would tend to vote against the Democratic agenda . . . hence, 2020.
I had to show all kinds of documents to get my Compliant ID so that I can fly domestically; birth certificate, passport, mail to my address, etc.
Should be no problem for states to require the same for something as important and sacrosanct as voting.
I think this is a rat op to help that rino Brnovich win the Primary. He making a big show fighting this. Brnovich made sure the steal held and they want him to win the primary.
America needs to forever rid itself of these people.
But how?
My methods would be politically incorrect, brutal, and effective.
Are we allowed to question their patriotism yet?
The Biden Administration needs to get up to speed with a long-identified constitutional problem with renegade states that allow non-citizens to vote, not that the alleged election-stealing Biden Administration really cares.
From related threads...
The congressional record clearly indicates that post-Civil War federal lawmakers were concerned that states that allow non-citizens to vote defeat the purpose of the Constitution's "Uniform rule of Naturalization Clause."
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization [emphasis added], and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;"
" If the States can admit to the elective franchise those who are not citizens, thereby neutralizing the votes of citizens, not only the Federal power of naturalization becomes a nullity, but" * * * * "a minority of citizens by the aid of aliens may control the government of the States, and through the States the government of the Union [emphases added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See near middle of 1st column.)
" Whatever difference there may be as to what other rights appertain to a citizen, all must agree that he has the right to petition and also to claim the Protection of the Government. These belong to him as a member the body politic, and the possession of them is what separates citizens of the lowest condition from aliens and slaves. To suppose that a State can make an alien a citizen or confer on him the right of voting would involve the absurdity of giving him the direct and immediate control of the action of the General Government, from which he can claim no protection and to which he has no right to present a petition [emphasis added]." —Appendix to the Congressional Globe, 1868. (See bottom half of 1st column.)
So the Arizona proof of citizenship requirement to vote reasonably strengthens the "Rule of Naturalization Clause" imo.
Also, consider that the 14th Amendment (14A) was ratified a short while after the above excerpts were noted in the congressional record. Section 2 of 14A is a penalty for states that weaken the voting power of qualified citizens in any way which the Justice Department probably has the job of policing (ahem) imo, correction welcome.
Excerpted from 14A...
"Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Section 2: Apportionment of Representatives]
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
Corrections, insights welcome.
Also regarding voting, Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters are reminded that they must vote twice this election year. Your first vote is to primary career RINO incumbents. Your second vote is to replace outgoing Democrats and RINOs with Trump-endorsed patriot candidates.
Again, insights welcome.

You coulda avoided all that by looking them in the eye when they demanded it and said “How dare you? I’m an illegal”
Brnovich is a big part of the problem. Another poser, a career insider who peddles BS while trying to save his political butt.
Obama’s 3rd term bearing fruit
last i checked, only US citizens can vote in federal elections.
red staters should plan a trip thru blue states opposed to voter-id and drop off a few ballots. see if we can flip those blue states to red.
I’ll tell you where this leads to....last-minute registration where you try to float 5,000 through a county office and get newly registered. Once you throw this citizenship thing up...the bulk of the 5,000 won’t be able to get on the roll.
Another factor...the country will likely make a copy of the documentation, and leaves a trail for fake documentation to be found, and easier court cases to put state charges up against the guy/gal.
Oddly enough...to get the federal pass-card...you had to provide birth information for that. For the administration to get negative now? A big joke.
Remembering the Black Woman Biden Blocked from the Supreme Court
So I skimmed the DOJ and Progressives complaint. They stated that you had to register to vote in Arizona, and at that time demonstrate proof of citizenship. I don’t know if this is the case in Arizona. Asking for proof of citizenship at the time of voting was a political ploy to prevent eligible voters from voting. That is their 14th amendment argument.
Now, it’s a stupid argument if Arizona allowed anyone to vote in the last election who wasn’t a citizen (process failure). That is estimated at 200k voters by the state. Or, more importantly, they didn’t have to demonstrate citizenship when they register.
Sounds more like Nazi Germany than America.
It’s federal law. Arguing against themselves?
