If the Sheriffs association had any scruples, they would announce that ANY Public Employee that can be demonstrated to have EVER made a Deliberate False Statement to the PUBLIC, Shall be considered a Danger to themselves and the Community and be DENIED from EVER owning a Firearm.

These DemonKKKrat legislatures in New York are using knee-jerk reactions to enact gun policy directly opposing the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling. They are saying, the rule of law does not apply if we don’t want to follow it. It is like the criminal that says,”I don’t like being poor, so I’ll rob a bank.”
What was that oath they recited upon being sworn in as a state legislature?

A mere 10 years ago, Gov. Kathy Hochul ran for Erie County Clerk, touting a “Grade A” rating she rec’d from the NRA.
“We do not support punitive licensing requirements that aim only to restrain and punish law-abiding citizens.”
God love them. The power of the Sherrif is this: he is the last man who can legally stand on your doorstep and stop the feds from coming into your home. His selection and election is more important to you than the prez. Never compromise and pick a lukewarm Sherrif.
If the sheriffs were running the state we’d be in a much better place.
It’s getting to the point that the sheriffs need to start arresting legislators and governors.
