The only way a war crimes court would work is if Russia is defeated the same way Germany was in World War II or Iraq under Saddam Hussein.
Otherwise, all these talk of a court is just posturing.

Here’s a great idea. Put little Adamn Schifft in charge of the war crimes court. That would be a real hoot! And we’d be able to get rid of him. They could show the hearings on CNN, MSN and CSPAN. They’d be “wildly popular” with the Snowflakes and their Girls Gone Wild Princesses.
