Judge blocks Military vaxx mandate again.. - April 2022 .. granting 4,095 service members a religious exemption from the COVID vaccine. The Navy already denied these exemptions, but O’Connor overrode its judgment, holding that there is no “compelling interest” to justify the mandate.
