The response I suggested is, in fact, lawful and should be undertaken. Lack of proper action by the courts is where the lawlessness comes in.

No, it isn’t. Cameron would get disbarred if he were to attempt such a thing. There is indictment that could be issued or honored for a law that has an injunction in effect on it and you have to know that.

This is the responsibility of the legislature.

In what way? Poorly written legislation?

Quite a scenario wherein the AG gets disbarred for enforcing the law while the lawless judges smirk while sitting on their lofty thrones in their black robes, unpunished for their dastardly deeds.

The pro-abortionist (Minton) who made this “because I say so and you get no explanation” ruling is in his final term on the court. So is the Deputy Chief Justice (Hughes).

At least one conservative (or so he describes himself) is running to replace Minton.

The other 2 Democrats are running for re-election; Nickell is unopposed but Keller has an opponent who presumably isn’t a leftist like her.

I wonder why pro-lifers aren’t rioting, with the full approval of law enforcement and the media, at Minton’s house as would be happening if he had ruled against the Cult of Death?

“Especially since no judge would honor an indictment under a law that has an injection against it that was upheld by the state Supreme Court.”

So you find something else to indict them for. There are so many laws on the books everyone is guilty of something if you scrutinize them hard enough. So every abortionist in the state gets locked up for missing some line on their tax return, or improperly disposing of medical waste, etc. You’ve accomplished the same goal and the loony left judges can’t do anything about it.

Well, when was the last time the Kentucky legislature impeached a judge for trying to overrule the will of the legislature?

Probably read this article to mean that Cameron was directly asking courts to stop abortions though that isn’t actually what the litigation was about - it was about reinstating the law the Circuit Judge had blocked.

Our legislature in Kentucky also can’t call itself into session.

How about a “right to privacy” to embezzle, to blackmail, to take your neighbor’s car, to kill your mother in law and on and on....

THAT “PRIVACY” THING WAS ALWAYS A JOKE. WHERE is the privacy when you are killing a person.

It was as crazy as any other lunatic idea they use to RATIONALIZE sinful behavior.

It sounds like the legislature needs to impeach some out of control judges. The KY GOP and for that matter any state or federal GOP leadership doesn’t have the belly to play hard ball with the marxist.

So with the overturning of the Roe decision by SCOTUS now can we pick and choose which federal law we want to follow?
