During a Monday airing of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan vehemently shut down the possibility of interviewing the 45th President of the United States.
I am not a Trump supporter, in any way, shape or form,' Rogan, 54, said. 'I have had the opportunity to have him on my show, more than once, and I have said no every time.'
The controversial podcaster weighed in on the devastatingly polarized political spectrum in America and said he was not interested in giving Trump a platform because the former president is an 'existential threat to democracy itself.'
'It is already a weird time, post-Trump,' Rogan added.
'The Trump era is also going to be one of the weirder times when people look back historically about the division in this country.'
Rogan's remarks against Trump come just days after the podcaster, who has a $200million deal with Spotify, endorsed Florida Governor Ron DeSantis potentially joining the 2024 Presidential race.
Rogan went on to suggest that Trump had led the masses to abandon their ethics and morals, but theorized that he would join the Presidential race in 2024.
Rogan's support for DeSantis marks a dramatic turnaround from three years ago, when he backed Bernie Sanders bid for president.

I wonder if Trump cares.
[He actually makes no sense.]
Has he considered being a host on “The View” or perhaps teaming up with AOC?
"You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means!"
;>)
Sounds like a paid actor. Stick with interviews with winners of mma matches. He is NOT Americas first person..
Yes, you can’t support a leftist. He’s contradicting himself.
Also doubt he turned Trump down multiple times..
Can someone post the “that’s a shame” Seinfeld gif? I watched about 2 minutes of his Jack Dorsey & company interview. Just no.
Rogan is personable and the kind of guy you can shoot the breeze with, but he’s basically clueless when it comes to most things. He just has a superficial understanding of the world. He’s a slightly cooler version of Sean Hannity, the sort of airhead you’d talk sports with, but not take him seriously on anything else.
Trump is only a threat to those who confuse Democrats cheating with democracy.
To be fair, while Rogan has expressed some right-leaning viewpoints, he’s never claimed to be anything other than very left-leaning in his politics. Enjoy him (or don’t) for what he is and for the fact that he has acquired some of the same enemies as people politically on the right have acquired, just don’t expect Ted Nugent out of him. I think there’s still great enjoyment to be had and great value in a popular media figure who can’t be cancelled calling leftist bulls*** out for what it is, and Rogan does that regularly.
Also, Trump is not an easy interview. Years, decades really, of contentious and hostile interviews, and Trump’s natural proclivity to want to drive the discussion in his direction, would make any interview with Rogan (who does much more conversational free form interviews that go in directions he finds interesting, including calling guests out on uncomfortable subjects) a disaster.
I thought Trump’s best interview in office, at least of interviews that didn’t feel like softballs, was by Dave Portnoy, who approached Trump like Trump wanted to be approached, buttered him up a bit, showed he knew some stuff about Trump that he was proud of, and then let him talk. The end product showed a lot more of Trump’s personality than anything 60 minutes or the major networks were able to stage. Also, that wouldn’t be a Rogan style interview.
He sure sounds like a slope headed retard when you hear him talk.
Sometimes he asks questions that make me wonder if there isn’t some intelligence in that dope soaked frontal lobe.
But now I know... I got your number Joe!
The more I read about stupidity like this the more I’m convinced I made the right decision by giving up social media 18 months ago.
That would never happen, Trump is a teetotaler even when it comes to alcohol. I think he frowns on all that stuff.
I agree, that’s why I think he’d get along with Trump, privately.
Secondly, I don’t think Rogan realizes how many of his followers are Trumpers. If I were a listener, I would drop him, like a hot potato.
It would appear Rogan has jumped the shark to become just another leftist blowhard full of it.
rogan who?
Oh Joe. Sorry to see you go! Always knew you were a weirdo.
Kind of a rhetorical question on my part.....
Faux News contributor like Maria Harf, Dona Brazile, Lindsey Graham?
Maybe the You vote we decide, Fox News Elections Decisions Desk. Making early calls for the (not Republican) winners in key states like they did to Trump in Arizona.
