Authorities revealed Tuesday afternoon that the suspect who allegedly shot dozens of people at a parade on Monday had a history of run-ins with law enforcement officials. “I’m going to relay some information from two prior instances that occurred here in Highland Park,” Christopher Covelli, Lake County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer, said at a press conference. “The first was in April of 2019. An individual contacted Highland Park Police Department a week after learning of [the suspect] attempting suicide. This was a delayed report, so Highland Park still responded to the residence a week later, spoke with [the suspect], spoke with [the suspect’s] parents, and the matter was being handled by mental health professionals at that time, there was no law enforcement action to be taken. It was a mental health issue and handled by those professionals.”

It sounds like all those Illinois “mental health professionals” need to see a shrink.
Normally, but in Illinois, a Midwestern state, there are liberals who still celebrate the 4th, though maybe for different reasons. Recall Seth Rich even in DC...the guy was photographed garbed in Stars and Stripes, like a granny going to CPAC.
Highland Park Fourth of July shooting suspect wore women’s clothes to blend in, police say!:
Recall that it was a “mental health professional” that gave the crazy unfounded recovered memory testimony against Judge Kavanaugh.
On the second contact, where the suspect said he wanted to kill everyone, he had a collection of knives which were confiscated under the red flag laws in place. Did the suspect also own firearms and were the police aware of that? If they were and didn’t also confiscate them then you would have an argument. But if all the weapons the kid had were knives then the law worked as intended.
People with severe mental health issues are now mainstream.
The boy was screaming for attention. And now the press has given it to him. I guess the only way to get a little attention is to spray a crowd with bullets.

Miguel Antonio Garcia Garro of Coon Rapids billed himself as “The Maestro,” the man who could help a struggling teenage couple smooth out their rocky relationship with the girl’s father. But after conducting a Tarot card reading with the couple in his Minneapolis office, authorities say, the man charged them $750 for more “help” — then told them to have sex on his desk and apparently videotaped the whole thing. That’s the story as laid out in a criminal complaint filed Monday in Hennepin County District Court. The couple, a 16-year-old girl and her 19-year-old boyfriend, told police they answered...
If you were targeting Conservatives you would shoot up a 4th of July celebration.

My guess is that operatives have been working with this boy to make sure he was conditioned to do this horrible crime. Just in time to coincide with the deep state push to take away the guns. A necessarily step to bring in the NWO.
.
All this definitive hindsight is too easy. Look, most of us have no idea how many depraved people are out there or which of them is dangerous as opposed to merely creepy.
The thing is, saying you want to kill folks isn’t against the law.
You mean "people who happen to think differently". Mental health is not good in general right now thanks to Fauci and the rest.
Pretty easy to get a hat like that.
No conservatives I know would wear a hat with FBI on it.
He’s FBI friendly.
But is the FBI friendly with him?
That’s a stretch.
