No, it would require a conviction or other adverse disposition iot trigger a felony or domestic violence disqualification. The law is the law. Or an adverse mental health adjudication or an involuntary commitment etc. Due process often protects the guilty at the expense of innocents, but it wouldn’t be better to wantonly and without legal cause, strip rights, that’s what the left wants ....
