“Incredibly” overused word. But in this case, probably appropriate.

What evil lurks in the hearts of these green energy people whose main objective is to transfer the oil wealth to their pockets? They have duped many people through guilt. The turmoil and misery left after they amass their wealth, I’m sure will be someone else’s fault.

What an economic moron. He signs EOs cancelling the keystone pipeline, restricting drilling, no refineries built sin the 70s, and he’s telling gas stations to reduce the price of gas? Does he realise several states has raised their gas tax?

You cannot dictate the price of gas when you are destroying the production! Our leaders have no understanding of economics. Why should they. All they know is power and corruption. Well, they’re about to get a dose of mad voters. The red wave is coming, and it will be at all level of government.

These blackout are only the beginning of the misery that these green energy people are going to cause. The main objective of the movement is to transfer the oil industry wealth to green energy pockets.

A energy system that has not come close to oil coal or natural gas but they are hell bent on destroying these industries so they have an industry they can control, f the people

These are not "Biden Policies". They belong to the Population Control oligarchs planning rapid depopulation.

1-We have no means to store solar and wind energy on a commercial scale.

2-Declining Nuclear, Hydro, and Coal fire plants, can't carry the load.

3-No Diesel means No Gas, Means No Food.

4-The ensuing chaos has populations around the world killing for their next meal.

Yes, look at the food riots in Sri Lanka resulting from the GOVERNMENT diktat that all food must be “organic.”

Bring it on, idiots.

You put Americans through two or three blackouts during a hot summer, and they WILL remember that discomfort.

The backlash at the polls in November should be amazing.

Some things just can’t be “artfully explained away” as somebody else’s fault.

(Popcorn time.)

A stable grid needs stable power sources. Which wind and solar are not and never will be.

The principle Germany discovered (and of late has abandoned) is that for every 100 MW your grid gets from “renewable” sources, you need 80 MW from conventional power plants operating in a condition called “spinning reserve” to pick up the slack when “green” falters to preserve the grid’s stability. Which means the “hidden” cost of a green grid is paying for the construction and operation of a conventional, non-green “ghost grid” capable of meeting 80% of your power needs all by its lonesome.

Which means the green grid will never be a stand-alone proposition (if you value a stable grid) and always will be significantly more expensive than a 100% conventional grid, and actually won’t be green at all because it requires the construction and operation of redundant power sources. Which means the dream of a “green grid” is impractical and little but virtue signaling.

I’m surprised that he didn’t take the Lord’s name in vain again.

“Expert” is also overused and/or BS. I’m this case…I believe him/her/it.

Wait until the winter. People will be starving in the dark, shivering to keep warm. But, they will be exhaling less carbon, so I suppose from a “Green” perspective, that’s great!

And the green energies are not even helping the Earth.
“Green” technologies are inflecting a huge damage on the Environment, while they are not helping with Co2.
Just transferring CO2 emissions to China!

The 'genius' Democrat / Biden leadership are moving the US economy
into a glorious future of jobs, prosperity, wealth -
and blackouts.

“Expert”

In High School(1961) my science teacher referred to “experts” as “Unknown drips under pressure.”

At issue are blackouts that could become widespread across the country this summer as grid operators struggle to meet the increased demand.....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If this is the case, fortunes will be lost and made by those that are either burying their heads in the sand about it or those who are being prepared.
On a personal level, blackouts don’t bother me and with some adjustments, life will carry on fairly normally. What I am wondering about is how one approaches this from an investment perspective.... who is the most vulnerable to blackouts and thus what stocks should be shorted? What is the best way to take advantage of electricity spot prices that would go through the roof?
