Yeah, thank God.

The Lithuanians were idiots to even think about it. Russia went to war in Ukraine to have a land bridge to Crimea. After this stupidity, I bet Russia is drawing plans to carve a land bridge through Lituania to access Kaliningad.

not that treaties matter anymore, but lithuania did have a ratified on with russia on this very subject.

there may be factions within nato and the EU not on the same page on this. lithuania wouldn’t do this on their own, and I assume the US pushed it, and germany/france nixed it.
