Uh, I’ve been to the Reagan Library and I’m on their mailing list. No proof of party affiliation is required to attend any of their events. At this point, I’m guessing that the folks who signed up to hear Liz speak are mostly her new liberal admirers few of whom are Republicans.

that’s what i assumed too - Simi is pretty conservative and Cheney would attract a certain element.
