Fairfax County commonwealth's attorney Steve Descano
Fairfax County commonwealth's attorney Steve Descano (D.) in October charged Chante Antonio Jones with assault and battery before releasing him on recognizance, slapping him with just a $212 fine and one-year period of supervised probation.
Police on Monday arrested Jones for beating 63-year-old Michelle Huntley to death.
Seems like the state should be able to prosecute this prosecutor for the death of the woman.

I don’t understand why some “agent” hasn’t help Soros achieve ambient temperature.
By some strange coincidence, I’m watching the movie,
“I Want to Live;” (1958) and right now, Susan Hayward is being strapped into the gas chamber.
I get why the gangs kill each other (territory, feuds, initiations, drugs, etc.), but this makes no sense to me. But then, much of the world makes no sense anymore.
Thanks to SCOTUS, the elderly should start applying for CCW, unless too feeble.
"Unhoused: not having a dwelling place or shelter." Typical of the woke to change the name and not fix the problem. Have they not seen the tent communities in just about every urban city? Other than the actual mentally ill, we used to call them bums, tramps, and the romantic name of hobos.
Many of them prefer not to live within the constraints of society. Yes, there are the few that slip between the cracks that need public compassion and assistance, and again, the mentally ill that includes Veterans with PTSD.
any info on how to sign the recall petition?

I continue to be amazed at just how incredibly destructive the organized subversion of this particular public office has turned out to be and how little time it has taken to do the damage. Election of judges and such offices as county Sheriff has long been subjected to considerable public scrutiny for obvious reasons, but District Attorneys and prosecutors? It used to be that merely running for those positions meant a close respect for law and order, or so I confess was a personal assumption. When that isn’t true, wow, look out.
