I’m sure he’s thinking of how to “play” this. It is big...because it likely does/will effect other “dictates” Biden has/will proposed.
Most likely Biden, and the federal agencies, will ignore the ruling and continue as if nothing has been decided. The attitude will be same as another democrat president, Andrew Jackson who might say today, “John Roberts has made his decision now let him enforce it.” New lawsuits will be filed to try and force compliance, but I expect Biden to be able to put this decision off for the remainder of his term. If this decision is respected, then it is a great victory.
The governor of Texas said he would take action against the EPA if he does not hear back from them by June 29.
I wonder if this ruling will stop the EPA trying to shutdown 40% of the oil produced domestically.
