Last week I listened to a podcast that talked about what Theodore Roosevelt did for the environment: his trips out west, his meeting with John Muir at Yosemite, and all the national parks he set up. I’m sure he wouldn’t have wanted the national parks used for this. The idea was to keep nature accessible to every American.
