Anyone who thinks they have the “right” to kill an innocent baby is “sick” and “selfish” and beyond reasoning.

I guess they just put their names on the top of the list for any future cutbacks - if they don't get fired first.

Imagine being an employee and having the audacity to tell your CEO who they can have for customers and demanding time off from work because you are butthurt over some Supreme Court Decision?

Not the type of employee I would want in my operation, that's for sure. These people are poison.

Sure thing. Take the rest of the year off, without pay, of course.

The letter also demands that Amazon “cease operations in states that enact laws that threaten the lives and liberty of abortion seekers, either by denying healthcare in life threatening circumstances or by criminalizing abortion seekers and providers.”

I knew this was coming. The demand for sanctions against pro-life states will look like the sanctions against Russia.

If Amazon had any balls, they would tell the petulant snowflakes an emphatic NO! Grieve on your own time. Or find a sucker company that will cave to your demands.

if Amazon is smart, this will be the first batch of employees to let go when the recession bites.

Dear Grieving Amazon Employees,

Meet Mr. Robot. This machine will not require potty breaks, abortion travel expenses, paid overtime, vacation time or union contract negotiations.

Sincerely,

What? Are they all in school? Sounds like childish nonsense from the generation who is going to get smacked by reality because this crisis in the economy is NOT DONE by a LONG SHOT.

Jeff Bozo needs to receive a reward for the best behaved slaves. Big business loves abortion. It makes perfect sense since abortion provides a stable workforce. Abortion is an outpatient murder (I won’t use the term medical procedure) that allows a slave to immediately return to work. Pregnancies that go to term result medical leave that last for weeks and sometimes results in the loss of a slave because she wants to stay home and raise her child.

It would be a wise business decision to grant a little leave to mourn the loss of abortion. That’s makes a compliant slave. It also makes good sense to provide transportation and pay for abortions for slaves in states where abortion are illegal. That provides minimal business disruptions and pays for itself in the long term.

Cheaper than paying for 3 months maternity leave for both men and women.

Not only that but the legacy costs for providing health insurance for the dependent child/children until they no longer qualify.....

The manufacturing company I worked for in Detroit (UAW plant) was self insured with Blue Cross of Michigan being the carrier.

We had an hourly employee with an infant born with a severe disability. According to the health care plan, there was a maximum payment of I think $150,000 per year. Care for the in home care of the child easily exceeded that and when the insurance company stopped payments, the employee went to the union for help arguing his situation.

I'm not clear about the final outcome but I think corporate felt sorry for the guy and agreed to continue paying the medical bills. As expected, the child eventually died the following year.

I was in HR at the time and I was glad that the company showed the compassion and generosity that it did. Unfortunately it was wasted on this employee because he was one of the biggest jerks I had to deal with at the company. Oh well

Yes as a pro lifer I oppose mandates maternity leave.

It just makes women less likely to be hired.

And makes companies more interested in pushing abortion on their employees.
