Officials in the Tamalpais Union High School District must complete a series of steps to ensure nondiscrimination after a federal investigation determined they violated Title IX rules by inadequately responding to allegations of sex-based harassment in 2017 and 2018.
A transgender student was harassed allegedly by another student.
An investigation by the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights announced its decision Saturday, which included a five-page resolution agreement outlining the steps the district must take before federal officials will close the case. One of those steps includes providing up to $5,000 to reimburse the family of the transgender student for past counseling services.
According to the announcement, district officials "failed to respond promptly and effectively to repeated notice of ongoing sex-based harassment of a transgender student by another student, predicated on sex stereotyping."

Yes.
A Justice Department that won’t go after clear election fraud, illegal spying on political opponents, surveillance of citizens, lying under oath, or people who are Burning, Murdering, or Looting, but they will damn well go after someone or something on Title IX grounds due to a misused pronoun or some such crap.
I have come to believe that they regard homosexuality and transgenderism as their best tools for splitting up this country, and as such, go after them with the most gusto.
Some people deserve to be harassed.
Just keep pushing. SCOTUS is ready to take the case.
Oh boy, here we go. Buckle up, everyone, this Title IX s***show is going on the road.

The last place any kind of queer baiting would happen is Tamalpais. It’s Marin county, and half the kids there are pretending to be Trans cuz itz kewl.
So they stage a phony “investigation”, all sorts of harumphing and feigned outrage, followed by an attempt to set a precedent that they can use to terrorize their oppoentes on the school boards.
No enumerated power.

And exactly what do they expect from other kids?

‘She’ may need tips from Blaire white. Who basically says if you’re getting disrespect, you may need to work on your looks more.
Yet they will let this so-called transgender MENTAL case harass women and girls in bathrooms and they have no say in it.
Or the other student was minding his own business and didn’t say hi as they passed in the hall.
