Anything even approaching a religious gesture is like kryptonite to liberals in Washington state. It’s literally toxic, like with vampires. They psychologically can’t deal with it.

The 3 dissenters prove their odiousness.

Young high school kids look up to their "heros" and NFL players are encouraged to help the young in their communities. Countless times we've seen the pros from both teams huddled together at midfield after the game...

...and nobody raised a stink until kids start praying.

Sotomayor argued that the majority decision is a “disservice” to the separation of church and state, and is “no victory for religious liberty.”

She’s reading the wrong Constitution. The Separation of Church and State is in the Soviet Constitution. It’s not in the US Constitution.

An individual exercise is far, far different from leading a prayer in the locker room at half time.

Praying at a school event? NO!

Having a disturbed man dressed as a female circus clown in a slinky dress come and read suggestive books to your 1st grader? Well, the school board has no trouble with that at all!

Sotomayor wrote a 35 page dissent. Kagan and Breyer joined.

Yep. I live the leftists screaming about muy Christian prayer. They are too full of anger to know that said ruling applies to all religions saying the Gov can’t prohibit people from praying and practicing their religion.

It is odd that one cannot pray to Someone America does not believe in.

I’m reading this as the “Lemon Test” is no more.

Is that correct?

That’d be a pretty big deal.

The dissenting opinions were arguing the tired establishment clause interpretation in which people merely feeling uncomfortable takes precedence over religious liberty.

Another big win.

I will also point out that President Trump’s Supreme Court appointments have paid off in dividends.

And as much as I hate to admit, even RINOs like Mitch McConnell actually helped by delaying one of these appointments until Trump was in office.
