My view is that the Court has a reasonable track record of fixing it’s mistakes. Plessy was a mistake. It got fixed. We’re done with that now. Roe was a mistake. It just got fixed. We’re done with that now.
The Left is always looking for “do overs” when they don’t get their way. I’m not. Right now, I think we’re in a pretty decent place.
The point he made was to call out Obama to denounce another righting of a constitutional wrong. He did so clumsily, but that is what he did.
