Crimea a prime example, 180,000 plus Russians moved there, their economy is the fastest growing in Europe, something like 400 percent increase in measured economy. The naysayers will say Ivan pumped millions of Rubles into the economy, but unemployment is nil, jobs, jobs, jobs and prosperity since Vlad took over….unlike the corrupted Ukie administration.
And they built that beautiful rail and road link in the 17 km long, multi billion dollar Crimean Bridge. That revitalized all of Crimea.
