No. They have been killing separatists who happen to be Russians. Millions of Russian speakers have lived in Ukraine - completely unmolested - for decades. If you don’t mention those two facts, you’re misrepresenting what’s going on.

Last week. Eight years into an invasion by Russians and Ukraine just now banned the Russian language. I disagree with that ban, but in the grand scheme of things the Ukrainians have shown amazing restraint. Would we show as much restrain with Mexico and Spanish speakers if Mexico invaded and occupied U.S. territory 8 years ago?

I can post links to interviews with Russians calling for the extermination of Ukrainians, the nuclear destruction of Poland, Western Europe, etc. And what does that prove? That there are Russians who are scumbags and blood thirsty? We already knew that didn’t we. And there are Ukrainians who are scumbags and blood thirty - but we knew that too didn’t we?
