1) The Constitution has clear language on the right to keep and bear arms.

Liberals response: [Shrug] It's just some old document, and in my opinion my ideas on this topic should be more important.

2) The Constitution has no language covering privacy or abortion.

Liberal response: [shrug] Roe v Wade was decided, like, 50 years ago. You can't possibly change that. Who the hell cares what your opinion is? This isn't about your opinion, this is about a decision that a few guys came up with back in the 70s, and that's final. I know my rights.

Like Muslims constructing a mosque on a Christian or Hindu holy site, and the same reaction if the Christians or Hindus re-assert their rights to the site.
