I believe that the Court actually punted on the abortion issue here. Saying that there is no federal right to an abortion is of little help if there isn’t also a federal right to life. Letting each state decide when a human becomes a “person” with rights and privileges didn’t work in the run up to the Civil War, and won’t work now.

If, by his efforts, Paxton convinces even one abortuary to cloe up shop and flee the state, it will have been worthwhile.

And the interesting thing is when Trump offered help for free to the states that really needed it three years ago and they turned it down saying it’s none of his business the socialists turned around and called it responsive and concerned when one of theirs did the exact same thing. Further, Trump sent two hospital ships, one to New York and one to Los Angeles, to cover accident cases so they could work covid cases in their hospitals and they misused the ships getting a number of crew members infected. These pr-—s never do anything right. And almost everything they deal with concerning the citizens is perceived, not cut in stone like they would have you believe.
