I would have to read more-—but I’m sure somewhere in the text there’s the “each state sets the rules” type of thing...I would love to carry in NJ. I live in PA and cringe every time I have to cross the bridge into NJ.
I live in eastern PA too and used to work in Easton, just next to the NJ line. If I missed my exit (forced into wrong lane bc of traffic etc), I would wind up in Jersey and instantly become a felon.
Clearly THAT needs to be challenged as blatantly Unconstitutional.
