I would have thought that the votes were weeks ago...and that the only remaining issue would be writing the opinion.

But who knows.

I would have thought the Court would issue the rulings when they were done. This “Glen Beck” process of making folks “wait for the big one” seems a little too dramatic.

Court opinions and “votes” aren’t like votes on a piece of legislation.

Votes can and sometimes do change during the opinion circulation phase.
