Russia has warned Lithuania of "serious" consequences after it banned the rail transfer of some goods to the Russian territory of Kaliningrad.
Kaliningrad - a strategic region where Russia's Baltic Fleet is headquartered - has no border with mainland Russia.
The western territory was annexed from Germany after World War Two in 1945 and is bordered by EU and Nato members Lithuania and Poland.
Lithuania says it is only following the EU sanctions imposed ...

Biden could screw up anything.
Anything at all.

Does Lithuania have an agreement with Russia over this rail connection?
I don’t think Lithuania did this of their own volition.
The one thing he’s any good at.
NATO wants war, that’s all that matters at this point.
Time to wrap myself up in the American flag and post anti-Putin memes I guess.

Thanks.

I wonder what they’ll do if Putin shuts off ALL the gas going to the EU in retaliation? They keep playing these games, but the only card they hold is NATO military involvement. And both Germany and France seem resistant to that idea.

After dinner time, over there.
I know. Just venting exasperation. I still am trying to figure out Ukraine, and now this comes along. Eastern Europe is the second most FUBAR region of the world. I live in the all-time champeen region of FUBAR-ness, but at least I understand it.
They will be fasting tonight for Ingsoc.
Brave Lithuania,
Slava Lithuania!
A casus belli mania,
Just like the Lusitania.
Brandon needs his approval rating up. So he figures this’ll do it. High gas prices caused the conflict in Ukraine, not the other way around as he claims, but he can’t even take responsibility for that. So stir the pot. Stir the pot.
