They made some decent and some poor upgrades.
One of the new owners cut down every tree on the lot.
We’re talking some big 40-70 year old trees. Others weren’t
as old and were still a loss.
The house now reminds me of one of those two story houses
on the prairie from the past without a tree in sight.
I am allergic to deciduous tree pollen, so I wouldn’t mind that. My wife likes them though. It’s one of the few things we didn’t resolve before marriage.
