Video making the rounds on social media shows a Miami-Dade police officer’s comments to a man during a traffic stop, News 6 partner WPLG reported.
The stop took a threatening turn for the driver, who was heading to work.
“Give me your driver’s license, registration and insurance,” the officer says in the video....
The MDPD officer then made a very bold statement to the man.
“Simple thing, man. This is how you guys get killed out here, man,” the officer said.

“The real question is: Does Florida law require valid drivers license, registration and proof of insurance, after being stopped for wearing no seat belt?”
FL requires it at all times when operating a vehicle.
Will watch later
“Once again, that is not what I said.”
Not your exact words but you sure expressed the sentiment.
There it is: you can read entitled, (oppressed), affirmative action ratio quota hire dumb as a box of rocks, just yell over people and get my way, fake hair, donut shy of obesity, hate every white man I’ve ever encountered and can “twerk” better than any white chick out there.
The driver very likely knew this and was trying to ‘black-victim’ bully his way out of not having to show. Later turns out he did not have it. His momma had to bring it to him.....TikTok hero my ass...
“Probably why your state and the south in general have the higher traffic fatality rates.”
LOL! Deaths per miles driven, Florida is about the same as Oregon.
Alabama and Georgia are lower.
“His momma had to bring it to him..”
Her car, her registration, her insurance.
That’s a quite an edited video. Not sure if I would go marching around based on that.
Except it was a he, not a she.
Exactly. There are millions of cop encounters every year. Fl.ks can only find about a dozen or so bad cases and assume al. Cops are bad because a few Jenks step, over the line. Mkst5 Cops face deadly situations nearly every day in some cases, and they do this all year long for their whole careers without incident, yet they are the bad guys accordign to some. Nope.
Prolly cuz TikTok boy gots no job........
I live in Western MA. I guess the cops where you live haven’t got better things to do. Out here they spend their time trying to tame CT and NY drivers who think their Mad Max world extends beyond their borders.
And to get stopped on an interstate out here you need to be going really, really fast.
My daughter is a paramedic. Her husband is a State Trooper. It’s fun to get them started on their grossest accidents. They ALL include ejection from not wearing belts.
Don’t be the topic of a first responder’s accident story.
Then that’s settled. Clear violation. Case closed, IMO.
That said, in my state of Georgia, it isn’t required. All you need is a valid DL. LE can pull up the proof-of-insurance, registration and even whether your vehicle passed emissions testing.
“There is no cop better than the worst cop he serves with.”
You said that there are bad cops so it is implies that the worst cop is bad.
If no cop is better than the worst then good cops must also be bad.
I don’t get it. I am white, and when I see lights, I pull over.
I don’t antagonize the cop. I just give them what they ask for, and if a discussion ensues such as “Do you know why I stopped you?” I am willing to listen.
I did get really angry with a cop back in the Eighties who stopped me for speeding in my MG Midget, and he said I was doing 90 mph.
I rarely did more than 75 mph, simply because the engine would be screaming RPM wise, and I couldn’t do much more than 80 mph anyway. At that point, I would have had to turn it into a Flintstone car to go faster.
My passenger calmed me down.
I am glad you are finding websites to help your language skills.
