Who can stand an listen to that and do nothing?
Nobody who should ever be a cop. Or a parent. Or a spouse. Or a politician. Or a coworker. Or even an acquaintance.
To be strictly fair: The KVUE video clip (linked above) has the reporter stating that he heard the bodycam audio. On the audio, he reports, the officers were discussing how they wanted to go in, that they should go in... but they didn’t. Whether that was because of personal cowardice or orders was not stated - remember, we know 18 minutes of comms traffic is missing.
