The first owner of slaves in the Americas was a black guy.

That offer was made after the Civil War....ever heard of a little place called Liberia?
Some took the offer of the all expenses paid repatriation while others chose to stay here.
This is why I say the concept of reparations was actually legally WAIVED when they refused.
