A number of Freepers have told me that refineries were shuttered and either dismantled or repurchased during the pandemic and that drilling is not going to help immediately. I’m looking into it.

Some east coast gas stations are already out of diesel and there are trucks sitting there waiting for fuel. It's going to get ugly in late summer folks:
