“Western corporations pump(ed) their oil, Siberia takes know how.”

US oil companies have pulled out of Russia. How long will it be before breakdowns, lack of skill, neglect of maintenance, and arctic conditions significantly interfere with Putin’s perfect production profits?

US oil companies are not the only companies that know how to keep the pumps running.

Apparently the water/crude mix freezes in the pipes when there is no flow. The well bore is destroyed in the process, and a new well needs to be redrilled. Last time it took from 1991 to 2017 to bring them all back online.

Ill go with November.
